FURNITURE
This piece of furniture represents the perfect synthesis of the philosophy that underlies every design production made by Officina Alviti, drawing inspiration from a rigorous study of nature from manuals on botany, zoology, or mineralogy.
The reference to the world of reptiles and snakes in particular immediately catches the eye, mainly due to the sinuous legs in sand cast aluminium that recall their elegant movements.
But it is precisely the wise choice of materials by Cristiano and Patrizio Alviti, in this case aluminium and black and silver lacquers, that most transmit the connotation from the world of this disturbing and fascinating animal kingdom.

The continuous play between the black and rigorously lacquered silver is a clear reference to the shades and lustre of snake scales.
The curvilinear legs of the console, inevitably stable and firm, reproduce the sinuosity of the snake by oxymoron.
